• Gathering and optimising the analysis of international market intelligence
• Defining the international distribution objectives of thematic television channels and thematic television channel formats and concepts
• Spearheading the strategic planning of new channels' initialisation onto international multichannel platforms (cable, satellite, XDSL, etc.)
• Managing the day-to-day roll-out of the channels' international distribution and delivering a comprehensive administration service to the broadcasters.
• Advising the broadcasters on any strategic and tactical developments in order to optimise the channels' overall international positioning and actual / future distribution.
